- Guest Checkout: You can place orders without creating an account.
- Advance Scheduling: You may schedule deliveries in advance.
- Availability: We accept orders every day, including weekends and holidays.
4. Payments
- We accept credit card payments processed securely via Stripe, our trusted payment provider.
- Payments are charged immediately upon order placement.
- By using our service, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- We do not currently issue invoices, but a confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.

- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement.
- Full or partial refunds may be issued depending on the timing and reason for cancellation or service issues.
- Refunds will be processed through Stripe and may take a few business days to appear in your account.

- We deliver in Los Angeles and surrounding cities.
- Same-day delivery may be available, depending on the flowers selected.
- Delivery Timing: We aim to deliver at the scheduled time, but delays of 1–3 hours may occur due to traffic or weather.
- If the recipient is not available, we will call before delivery to arrange accordingly.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.

- Flower availability may vary. If a selected item is not in stock, we will contact you to approve substitutions of equal or greater value.
- Custom bouquets are available upon request.

- We are not liable for delays caused by uncontrollable events (e.g., traffic, weather), but we commit to delivering as close to the selected time as possible.
- We take full responsibility for lost or damaged items during delivery.
